- Batch larger than rated, very stiff mix, belts slipping, or gearbox or bearing tight.
- Check
- Batch size against the nameplate; belt tension; turn by hand with belts off (locked out).
- Fix
- Reduce the batch, tension or replace the belt set, inspect the gearbox and bearing.
