We are an engineering company first. Before we quote, an engineer checks that the part fits your machine. That is why our clients get the right part the first time.
How we check a part before quoting
- Identify the machine. Maker, model, size and year from the nameplate photo. Many parts exist in several versions for the same size.
- Compare the old part. Photos with a tape measure, key dimensions, hole spacing, left, centre or right versions, and any number cast or stamped on it.
- Choose the material. Hardness and casting quality matched to your aggregate and production: quartz-rich aggregate wears standard parts much faster.
- Confirm before shipping. If anything is uncertain, we send you a drawing or photo of the part we will ship before you pay.
Wear materials we supply
| Part | Material | Typical hardness |
|---|---|---|
| Mixer liners and paddles | Ni-Hard 4 cast iron | about 530 HB minimum |
| Mixer liners and paddles, abrasive aggregate | High-chromium cast iron | 600–650 HB |
| Mixing arms | Spheroidal (ductile) cast iron or cast steel | — |
| Bin and chute wear plates | Abrasion-resistant steel plate | about 400 HB |
| Seals, sleeves, socks and other rubber parts | Stored sealed, dry and dark; oldest first | — |
Rubber parts harden after 3–4 years on a shelf, so we rotate stock first in, first out.
Certificates
Material and hardness certificates are available on request with every wear part. Our company and supplier certificates will be published here.
