Trips at start-up

Symptom: Trips at start-up
Likely cause: Leftover concrete or aggregate in the mixer, or wrong paddle gap with stones wedged.
Check: Look inside (locked out). Measure the paddle gaps.
Fix: Empty and clean. Reset gaps to 3–5 mm. Never raise the overload setting above the motor plate.
