Shipping, dispatch and payment
One price. Every quote gives one total price including freight to the address or port you name. We do not publish freight prices: they depend on the weight, volume and destination of each shipment.
Dispatch
Stock parts are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment. Parts not in stock get a firm dispatch date in the quote.
Transport options
- Express courier (DHL, UPS, FedEx…): small and urgent parts such as seals, sensors, coils and small quantities of paddles.
- Road or sea freight: heavy parts such as mixer arms, liners, shafts and complete sets.
- EXW / FCA / CIF: for clients with their own forwarder. We prepare the export documents.

Payment
100% before shipment for new clients and small orders. Staged terms (50% at order, 30% at shipment, 20% after delivery) for known clients and large orders.
