Symptom: Overload trips after running
Likely cause: Mechanical overload, voltage unbalance, overload set too low, or blocked cooling.
Check: Current on each phase; motor fins; mechanical checks.
Fix: Remove the cause. Set the overload to the nameplate, never higher.
