Safety valve stuck closed

⚠ STOP the equipment until this is fixed.

Symptom: Safety valve stuck closed
Likely cause: Cement packed around the plate; springs seized.
Check: Lift it by hand with the system isolated.
Fix: Clean; replace springs and gaskets. No deliveries until it lifts freely.
