Symptom

Safety valve blows at every delivery

Likely cause

Filter blinded, pressure sensor set equal to the valve, or tanker pressure too high.

Check

Filter condition; set-points must be 40 mbar (sensor) and 50 mbar (valve).

Fix

Clean or replace the filter, correct the set-points, brief the drivers.
