If slurry reached the seal, check the bearing for play and the grease line that let it starve.

What to send when ordering

• Mixer maker, model and serial number from the nameplate, with a photo of the plate.
• Size: dry filling and compacted output (for example 3000/2000) or the rated m³, and the year.
• Part position: shaft A or B, arm number from the drive end, left, centre or right version.
• Photos of the old part from the front, back and side, with a tape measure in the picture.
• Key dimensions: length, width, thickness, bolt hole diameter, hole spacing, countersunk or not.
• For seals and bearings: shaft diameter at the seal and the number printed on the bearing.
