Symptom

Mortar dripping at a shaft end

Likely cause

Seal worn out or damaged by back-pressure; grease pressure lost.

Check

Grease pressure; seal condition. Check the non-drive end first.

Fix

Replace the complete seal kit before the bearing is attacked.
