What to send when ordering
- Photo of the nameplate or label (motor, drive, contactor, sensor, PLC module).
- Motors: kW, voltage, frequency, speed, frame size, mounting (B3, B5, B35), shaft diameter, IP rating, brake.
- Contactors and breakers: maker and part number, rating, coil voltage, auxiliary contacts.
- Drives and soft starters: maker, full model code, rating, firmware version if known.
- Sensors: maker and part number, or type, size (M12, M18, M30), sensing distance, PNP or NPN, NO or NC, voltage, connector.
- PLC modules: the full order number and the rack position.
