- Photo of the pump or power pack nameplate (maker, model, serial).
- Water pumps: flow and head, impeller diameter, seal size and type, motor kW, voltage and frequency.
- Booster tank: volume, maximum pressure, connection size, diaphragm part number.
- Hydraulics: oil grade, filter element numbers, valve model and coil voltage.
- Hoses: size, length, pressure rating and both fitting types, with a photo of each end.
- Cylinders: bore, rod and stroke, seal kit number.
