Symptom

Belt runs off at the tail

Likely cause

Build-up on the tail pulley or return idlers, tail pulley not square, or dirty return belt.

Check

Lock out; look at the tail pulley and return idlers; check the V-plough.

Fix

Clean; square the tail pulley; fit or repair the V-plough.
